  1. Booking and Confirmation: Once a doctor successfully books a lab test through our platform, a confirmation email and SMS will be sent to the lab and the doctor’s registered contact details. This confirmation will include the test details, appointment time, and the lab technician’s expected arrival window.
  2. Upon successful sample collection, the laboratory will process the samples according to the specific test requirements. The samples and results are transmitted digitally between the collection point and the laboratory. Test results are typically available within [Timeline] from the time of collection. Delays may occur in case of unforeseen circumstances, and users will be notified accordingly.
  3. Test results will be uploaded directly to your user account on our website. You will receive a notification via email and SMS once the results are available. You can securely access your results by logging into your account.
  4. You can track the status of your test (sample collection, processing, and results) through your account on our website. Notifications will also be sent to your registered email or phone at each stage.
