Refund policy

  1. CANCELLATION

    After placing an order, if you wish to cancel the order, you shall send an email to Digidente@archimedis.io with the following details:

    1. Order details that need to be canceled.
    2. Reason for cancellation.
    You can cancel your order online within 24 hours of placing the order.
  2. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
    Applicable refunds if any shall be permissible in the following circumstances only:
    1. In the event of unreasonable delays to the delivery of services without prior intimation to you;
    2. In the following event that the services provided do not align with the scope of work agreed upon (or) delivered incorrectly (or) incomplete.
    3. No refunds or returns shall be processed in the following circumstances:
      1. If an order is placed with faulty inputs or incorrect requirements on the part of the User, a cancellation and refund request must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, no refund or cancellation request will be accepted, as work may have already commenced based on the provided inputs.
      2. If the service was rendered as per the agreed terms, and the user wishes to seek a refund for reasons unrelated to the quality or accuracy of the service. In such cases, a refund request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. After this time period, the deliverables will be considered accepted, and no further requests for refunds will be entertained
      3. If the refund request is made after the specified time frame for eligible refunds as mentioned above. You authorize Archimedis Digital to contact you to process any such request via the contact information provided during registration.
    4. Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation, such as:
      1. Unreasonable: Demanding a full refund for a product used for an extended period, claiming it was defective without providing evidence.
      2. Unlawful: Filing a false chargeback with a credit card company to obtain a refund without returning the product.
      3. Unreasonable: Requesting compensation for minor inconveniences that do not significantly impact the customer‘s experience.
      4. Unlawful: Threatening negative reviews or legal action unless a refund is issued, regardless of the product‘s condition or the customer‘s actions.
      Over and above the entitled refund, customer will not be entitled to any compensation. The company reserves the right to cancel orders or block customer accounts without warning.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
